This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition to direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the 1 / 4

petitioner's life and limb and also the petitioner's property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2022. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
