To call for the records and set aside the impugned Judgment dated 20/9/2021 made in CA.No.04/2021 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakulam confirming the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Periyakulam, dated on 6/10/2020 in S.T.C.No.723 of 2019 by allowing the revision petition.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.JEGANNATHAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 06.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7752 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.619 of 2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, the petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-. He would further submit that the petitioner had spent huge amount for his wife's medical expense and that he is not in a position to deposit the remaining amount of Rs.60,000/-.
