2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.84 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the file of the second respondent with direction to conduct proper investigation within the period stipulated by this Court.

Communication to that effect has also been sent to the petitioner through registered post. 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
