2.This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.84 of 2019 from the file of the third respondent and transfer the same to the file of the second respondent with direction to conduct proper investigation within the period stipulated by this Court.
3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the case has been closed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P(MD)No.12874 of 2020 mistake of fact on 11.05.2019. Communication to that effect has also been sent to the petitioner through registered post. 4.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
