ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C in Crime No.150 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that at the time of vehicle check up, the petitioner has left the stolen vehicle and went away from the occurrence place. Hence, the case has been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having five previous cases in similar nature of offence. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.Taking note of the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
