ORDER

The present criminal original petition is filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2.The 4th respondent is the defacto complainant. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the enquiry summons, the petitioner has appeared before the official respondents. The official respondents are again asking the petitioner to appear for the re-enquiry. Under the guise of re-enquiry, the official respondents are harassing the petitioner. The said submission is recorded. 3.Therefore, the third respondent shall conclude the enquiry at the earliest. The official respondents are directed to conduct the enquiry by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari V. Government of U.P., reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and inform the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If any criminal case is criminal offense is made out, the official respondents shall proceed further. However, official respondents shall not overstep and harass the petitioner.
