For Respondent : Ms.M.Ananthadevi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory bail in Crime No.562 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 294(b), 341, 379, 452 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.562 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner is having another case in Crime No.406 of 2020. This apart, the case of the prosecution is that the petitioner / accused is frequently threatening his own father who is aged about 72 years and further, taken away the building raw materials without his knowledge and consent. The cost of the raw materials is more than Rs.11,00,000/-.
