2. One Sundareswari worked as Noon Meal Organizer in Tiruppuvanam Panchayat Union Elementary School. She passed away while in service on 19.03.2017. An application for appointment on compassionate ground was given within three years.

3. The second respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I 2/4
