The petitioner/A3, who arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 05.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act in Crime No.113 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 22 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record. 4.It is seen that this third petition for bail and the earlier petition was dismissed on 28.04.2023. There is no change in circumstances. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
