ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.158 of 2022 and later, it was closed on 19.03.2022, based upon the undertaking given by the petitioner. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition id disposed as unnecessary. 3.It is also seen that after giving undertaking, the petitioner has filed this petition. This sort of practice highly deprecated and cannot be encouraged.
