2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that M.C.No.57 of 2023, on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, was allowed on 30.07.2025 and, therefore, this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
