ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction to the second respondent to expedite the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1597/2013/D4 within the period of stipulated time.

2.Heard, Mr.T.C.Thirupathi Chellasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Muthukannan, Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the issue with regard to assignment of the land is now pending before the second respondent and therefore a suitable direction can be given in the writ petition.

matter, directs the second respondent to pass orders in Na.Ka.No.1597/2013/D4 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
