ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct first and second respondent police to take action on the complaint dated 03.05.2026 by providing police protection to the petitioner as per civil court judgment and decree in O.S.No.11 of 2017, dated 01.03.2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Andipatti.
2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to conduct an enquiry by calling the petitioner and the third respondent and pass appropriate orders. Since the function is scheduled on 03.05.2026, the respondent Police shall consider the matter and pass orders on or before 09.05.2026.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
