PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records relating to the case in Crl.M.P.No.2014 of 2023 on the file of Judicial magistrate No.1 Ramanathapuram District and set aside the same and relax the condition imposed by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram District at the time of rejecting remand in connection with WLOR No.11 of 2023 on the file of Respondent Police.

For Petitioners : Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor for R.1 O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the case in Crl.M.P.No.2014 of 2023 on the file of Judicial magistrate No.1 Ramanathapuram District and set aside the same and relax the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram District at the time of rejecting remand in connection with WLOR No.11 of 2023 on the file of Respondent Police. 2.The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in W.L.O.R.No.
11 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Chapter I Sect 2(11), 2(14), Chapter V 39(a)(b) (d), Section 47, Chapter V-B, Section 49 D(m)(n), Section 49 (H-1), Section 49(I-i), Chapter VI 50 r/w Section 51(1) of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 (2022 Amendment) and the petitioners were arrested on 10.05.2023 and produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.
daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioners have complied the condition regularly from 10.05.2023. Seeking relaxation of the above said condition, the petitioners have filed Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2014 and 3207 of 2023 and the same were dismissed by the trial Court. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has complied the condition imposed by the above said order for 45 days.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Pubic Prosecutor the condition imposed upon the petitioners by the trial Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent once in a week (i.e.,) on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 23.06.2023 3/5
