Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P(MD).No. 15842 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in pursuance to the order passed in W.P(MD).No.15842 of 2022, dated 21.07.2022, the representation of the petitioner was considered by the competent authority and his name was deleted from the H.S. list, by order, dated 04.02.2023. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication.
