Side) on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD).No.2507 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1936 of 2021, dated 24.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.07.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed.
