ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The limited prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2022 as against the dismissal order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.33/2020/,1, dated 30.11.2021.

3. Since the appeal is still pending, it would be appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose it of expeditiously, within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2022 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks from the 2/4

date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
