ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to the property situated in S.No.1168/5, measuring to an extent of 1 acre 53 cents in Therkuvadi Village, Pamban, Ramanathapuram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, based on the representation dated 05.04.2021, given by the 3rd petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 08.07.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
