O R D E R This Criminal original petition has been filed for issuing direction the 1st and 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the disputed property was already sold in favour of the petitioner by the erstwhile owner. He further submitted that now the legal heirs of the said owner viz., 3rd respondent herein claiming right over the property and made a complaint.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case of case and counter and the enquiry is pending in both the complaints.
4. Let the enquiry be completed in both the complaints within a period of 15 days from the date of appearance of the parties. Fresh summons to be issued by the second respondent to both the parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise the petitioner can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
