Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the third respondent in connection with the orders passed by him in his proceedings Na.Ka.No. 11700/A3/2022, dated 13.01.2023 (Impugned Order-I) O.Mu.No.7943/A2/A3/2022, dated 17.04.2023 (Impugned Order-II) and Na.Ka.No.11700/A3/2022, dated 08.06.2023 (Impugned Order III) and quash the same and issue any other consequential relief .

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he would file an independent writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 17.04.2023 whereby the proposal for promotion of Thiru.V.Saravanan was negatived. He further states that the interim order granted by this Court can be confined to the staff fixation issue alone. Liberty is granted. An independent challenge can be mounted against the proceedings dated 17.04.2023 pertaining to promotion of Thiru.V.Saravanan.
