Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant sand load to the petitioner bearing Regn.Nos.TN-28-K-9979 and TN-20-M-6000 by receiving appropriate demand drafts.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) Learned Special Government Pleader on instructions would submit that the sand is made available by the respondents on first come first served basis. Therefore, all truck owners, bring their trucks one after the other and each truck load of sand is made available by collecting demand draft at the spot by the respondents. He would further submit that the same procedure will be followed even in the case of the writ petitioner and he cannot seek any priority in the allotment of sand.

2.Therefore, if the petitioner comes in queue along with all others, as and when his turn comes, truck load of sand will be allotted to him, upon collecting necessary demand draft from him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
