Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the District Registrar, Tirunelveli, the 2nd respondent herein to complete the enquiry in respect of illegal registration of the document No.176 of 2003 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Sathankulam and declare the document as null and void as per Section 28 of the Registration Act 1908 by considering the representation dated 05.02.2018 and 08.08.2018.

ORDER

The petitioner had lodged a complaint with regard to the registration of the document No.176 of 2003 on the file of the third respondent herein. Enquiry as per Section 28 of the Registration Act 1908, appears to have been initiated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner's grievance is that even though the enquiry commenced in February 2018, till date it has not been completed. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to complete the said enquiry and pass appropriate orders after issuing notice to the interested parties within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
