The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent herein to consider and pass orders forthwith on the petitioner's application dated 06.01.2017 for grant of 5+1 Seater Auto Rickshaw Permit (Share Auto) to the petitioner herein.

2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 06.01.2017, seeking for grant of 5+1 Seater Auto Rickshaw Permit (Share Auto), and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
