ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.3849 of 2026 dated 16.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court for more than 15 days and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. (S S Y J) 07.05.2026 am 2/4
