Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.VIJAYARAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6336 of 2020, dated 18.06.2020.
