For Respondent : Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh Government Advocate (Crl. side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.08 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 294(b), 506(1) and 120(b) of I.P.C. in Crime No.08 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have induced the defacto complainant to invest Rs.5,48,00,000/- for purchasing plots to the private investment company, viz., Sparrow Global Private Limited and got more commission from the said company and later, cheated her. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 4.On perusal of the records it shows that the petitioner along with the other accused persons have collected huge amounts in other

districts, in which, several First Information Reports have been registered as against the petitioner and in all the cases, the petitioner is absconded and the absconding charge sheet were also filed. Therefore, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the huge amount involved in this case, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
