ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to give electricity service connection to the petitioner's dwelling house situated at No.3/29, Pasumai Nagar, Keelayur, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2016 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned standing counsel for the respondent would submit that if the petitioner makes necessary application along with requisite fee, if any, seeking electricity service connection, the respondent would consider the same.

3.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to make proper application to the respondent seeking electricity service connection along with requisite fee, if any, forthwith. On receipt of such application, the respondent shall pass appropriate orders thereon, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application.
