This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner under guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police has conducted enquiry and both the parties appeared on 16.07.2022. Thereafter, the second respondent has called both the parties on 19.07.2022 and they have not appeared on that day.

4.On perusal of the materials available on records, the fact reveals that the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner. On 16.07.2022, the second respondent has conducted enquiry and further he called the parties for enquiry on 19.07.2022. At this stage, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

5.Recording the same, the second respondent Police is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.07.2022 and take suitable action, without harassing the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 6.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
