ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WMP(MD).No.1423 of 2025 in WP(MD).No.2016 of 2025.

2.This Court has passed an interim order directing the respondents to release the eligible terminal benefits to the writ petitioner based upon under Rule 39 of Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978.

3.In compliance with the order of this Court, the Revenue and Disaster Management Department has issued G.O(2D).No.568, dated 13.08.2025.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
