This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 13.02.2017, as expeditiously as possible, within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

.It is the case of the petitioner that she belongs to Maravar Community and that she is being ex-communicated by other Villagers and that they are not collecting any donation from her in connection with the Temple festival. Therefore, the petitioner has given a representation, dated 13.02.2017 and thereafter, filed the present Writ Petition.

.Heard Mr.S.Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. Mr.M.Pounraj, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Bodinayakkanur Town Police Station, Theni District, is present.

.Admittedly, the petitioner is not a Dalit and therefore, there is no question of untouchability being practised in the Village. When there are differences between the members of the same Community in a Village, the same has to be settled only amongst themselves. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the intervention of the police, the issue has been amicably settled.

.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
