[Judgment of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.D.Sadiq Raja, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants and Mr.FR.S.Savarimuthu for Father Xavier Associates, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1. 2.
The appeal is filed against the judgment and order dated 02.09.2022 in a group of writ petitions.

Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that some of the appeals filed against the common judgment were party allowed the matter was
remanded back to the authority. The reference is made to the two judgment and order made in W.A(MD)No.1092 of 2023, dated 20.11.2023 and W.A(MD)No.732 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023.

We have perused the judgment and order passed in those appeals. The said appeals were also filed against the common judgment in W.P(MD)No. 7447 of 2021 and W.P(MD)No.18960 of 2020.

The said writ petitions are part of the common judgment which is impugned in the present appeal.

In the light of that we follow the same judgment and pass the same judgment.

Therefore, the matter is remitted back to the competent authorities for passing fresh orders. Such an exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are at liberty to submit fresh representations or documents, if any, in the meanwhile. Consequently, the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD).No.4914 of 2020, dated
02.09.2022 and the impugned order in the Writ proceedings are set aside and the Writ Appeal stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
