It is submitted that there is a money dispute between the parties. 3.The official respondents are directed to conduct the enquiry by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalitha Kumari V. Government of U.P., reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and inform the result of the enquiry to the petitioner.
