ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 353, 336 IPC r/w. 3(1), 5 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 r/w.149 IPC in Crime No.157 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Because of non appearance of petitioner, non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner on 22.06.2022. He would further submit that the said absence is neither willful nor wanton and he undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner on 22.06.2022 and the same is pending.

4. Considering the facts and the circumstance of his case, the petitioner is directed to approach the committal Court to recall NBW already issued against him.
