RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court by an order dated 23.02.2023 in Crl M.P.(MD) No.3191 of 2023 in Crl A(MD).No. 145 of 2023 directing the petitioner to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi once in a week at 10.30. a.m pending appeal. PRAYER IN CRL A(MD)No. 145 of 2023:

To call for the records relating to the impugned Judgment in Special Calender Case No.6 of 2011 dated 25.01.2023 passed by the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi and set aside the same and acquit the appellant/accused from all charges. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUKUMAR V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3191 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.145 of 2023 dated 23.02.2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 13.03.2023 till today, without fail.
