ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner wants the house tax assessment for the petition mentioned premises to be made in her favour. As of now, it is in the name of her father who is no more.
3. The learned standing counsel states that objection was received from the petitioner's brother. The petitioner claims that there is a compromise decree in her favour.
4. Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2024 and pass final order within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before passing final order, the respondent will issue notice to the petitioner's brother.
