Mr.K.Gnanasekaran Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Prayer: This Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS praying to relax the

condition which was imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.1066 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

(2) of SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act 1989, to allow this appeal and set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.1150 of 2024, passed on 07.11.2024, passed by the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR) Thanjavur and enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.47 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1066 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall report before the I Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Thanjavur

twice in a month (i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every English Calender month) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. If 1st and 15 day falls on a holiday, the petitioner shall appear before the above said Court on the next working day.
