O R D E R

The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to conduct survey of the land in Old T.S.No.1240 and 1241/2, New T.S.No.4720, Block NO.31, Ward No.10, Madurai and fix the four boundaries by considering the petitioner's application No.2025/1078/24/000228, dated 2.5.2025.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the Petitioner that he along with his brothers purchased 1.10 ares of land in the above mentioned survey number from one Kannan and others under registered sale deed, dated 8.9.2002.The Town Survey Register for the above said property also stands in the name of the Petitioner and his brothers. The Petitioner submitted an online application before the first 2/5

respondent on 2.5.2025 in Application No.2025/1078/24/000228 seeking survey of the above mentioned land. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 2.5..2025 and pass final orders on its own merits,after giving notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
