O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to not to interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner with the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the petitioner is the tenant in respect of the property mentioned in the petition. In the year 2014, a trouble arouse between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. As a result, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.184 of 2014 before the SubCourt, Padmanabapuram and also obtained an order of injunction in I.A.No.463 of 2014. Later, the above said suit was transferred to Sub-Court, Iraniyal in O.S.No.335 of 2018 and it is pending. During the course of the above said suit, the fourth respondent gave a complaint to the third respondent. Based upon which, the third respondent is pressurizing the petitioner to vacate the premises. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken and it was closed on 15.08.2021 on the ground that it is a civil dispute.

4. Since the complaint itself has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration or adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
