Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey and fix boundary of his land in Survey Nos.28/2, 28/2A, 28/2B, 28/2C, 28/2D, measuring an extent of 1.21.00 Acres, at Vijayakarisalkulam Village, Vembakottai Taluk, Vembakottai, Sivakasi(Via), Virudhunagar District. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 02.11.2016, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second and third respondents to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
