This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2020 regarding missed original sale deed dated 21.06.1976 Doc.No.1723 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Melur, Madurai District in accordance with law.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 01.10.2020, the petitioner missed his original sale deed dated 21.06.1976 at Xerox Shop in Chekkadi, Melur and he made sincere effort to find out the said sale deed, but, he has not got the same. Therefore, he preferred a complaint dated 08.10.2020 in the form of representation to the first respondent, for requesting him to trace out his original sale deed. But sofar, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner filed this present petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would pray three weeks time to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2020.

W.P.(MD) No.16142 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made on either side, the respondents are directed take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.10.2020, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the action taken to the petitioner. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
