..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 21.07.2016.

ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.No counter is filed on behalf of the Respondents. 4.According to the Petitioner, her representation, dated 21.07.2016 addressed to the Respondents No.2 and 4 is pending till date, without any progress or disposal. With a view to issue patta to the Petitioner's property, she has projected the present representation on 22.07.2016. It appears that she has to obtain the plan approval from the concerned Officer. In fact, her husband Krishnan died in natural circumstance and hence, the subject-matter property came to her possession. She would like to construct a house in a particular place and her son is going to be got married soon and to live separately. In fact, she has only prayed for measurement of her land and for issuance of patta in her representation, dated 21.7.2016.

5.Considering the fact that the Petitioner's representation, dated 21.7.2016 addressed to the Respondents No.2 and 4 is pending for consideration till date without any significant progress or disposal, at this stage, this Court, simpliciter, directs the Respondents No.2 and 4 to to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 21.7.2016 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, to dispose of the same on merits(of course after providing necessary opportunity to the Petitioner and others concerned, if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice in true letter and spirit ) within a period of three weeks thereafter. It is open to the Petitioner to produce copies of all necessary/relevant documents before the Respondents No.

2 and 4 and they in turn shall take into consideration of the same at the time of disposal of her representation, dated 21.07.2016. In case, the Petitioner is required to pay the necessary charges for measurement of the property in question, she is at liberty to pay the same before the concerned authority. The Petitioner is directed to lend her assistance and cooperation to the Respondents No.2 and 4, so as to enable them to dispose of her representation dated 21.7.2016, within the time frame determined by this Court.

6.With the aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
