PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate protection for the petitioner and for his family as against the respondents 3 to 12 in effectuation of decree of permanent injunction passed in O.S.No.344 of 1997 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Manaparai, dated 21.06.2004 and confirmed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli in A.S.No.130 of 2004 dated 10.11.2005.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate protection for the petitioner and for his family as against the respondents 3 to 12 in effectuation of decree of permanent injunction passed in O.S.No.344 of 1997 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Manaparai, dated 21.06.2004 and confirmed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli in A.S.No.130 of 2004 dated 10.11.2005.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was conducted against the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 30.11.2021. The same is recorded. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
