ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 5(j) (ii), 5(r) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.22 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the victim girl is pregnant and the investigations are at the initial stage. CRL OP(MD). No.12908 of 2020 victim girl is aged about 17 years and a minor. Thus, interrogation is required.
4.In these circumstances, it is not preferable to consider the petition for anticipatory bail and accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
