Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which, the order dated 01.04.2022 made in W.P.(MD).No.5922 of 2022, has been carried out. The petitioner is figuring as third respondent in the said writ petition. The petitioner alleges that behind his back the survey was conducted. It is not in dispute that questioning the order passed in the writ petition, the petitioner has already filed a writ appeal. The petitioner has to necessarily obtain the relief only in the writ appeal. No relief can be granted in this contempt petition.
