CRP(MD). No.1258 of 2019 ORDER:- These Civil Revision Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.09.10.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai, in D.No.137 dated 09.03.2022 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Sureshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioners (in both Petitions) and of Mr.Babu Rajendran, Advocate for the Respondents (in both Petitions), and this Court made the following order:-As per the order passed by this Court dated 03.12.2021, the learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai was directed to dispose of O.S.77 of 2015, within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The learned IV Additional District Judge, Madurai requested to extend the time limit, because due to COVID-19, physical mode of parties suspended till 18.07.2021. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that after completion of evidence, the case is posted for arguments. 2.Since the matter is posted for arguments, one month time is extended finally for disposing the matter, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
