ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 09.05.2025 seeking survey of the land situated in Survey No.135/4A, Thirupachethi Therku, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.Heard the arguments of M/s.S.Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that his father, Rajamani, got the subject property in the family partition and the revenue documents stand in the name of his father, Rajamani in Patta No.609. The petitioner submitted an application before the respondents on 09.05.2025 seeking survey of the said property. He also paid necessary survey charges as seen from the e-challan issued to the petitioner dated 09.05.2025 in Challan No.20250509009134. However, the said application has not

been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that earlier, at the request of the petitioner, the property was surveyed. The petitioner submitted the instant application seeking survey of the property once again.

5.It is stated by the petitioner that inspite of the earlier survey conducted by the respondents, the neighboring land owners created a problem. Therefore, the petitioner sought for a fresh survey of the land. 6.In such circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the online application acknowledgment before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On the receipt of online application acknowledgment, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the

acknowledgment by the petitioner, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
