O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2023 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to some other agencies for further action and other reliefs to be done within the time stipulation prescribed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though the petitioner regularly appeared before the second respondent, the third respondent is not appearing and only his counsel alone appeared. Hence, the enquiry process is not completed. 3.Considering the oldness of the complaint, let the enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
