O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/2nd respondent for his willful

disobedience of the order of this Court in WP(MD)No.7838 of 2022 dated 25.04.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 25.04.2022, the respondent police conducted the investigation on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. During investigation, the Passport Authorities sought some documents.

3.Since the enquiry was conducted by the respondent police, the order of this Court has been complied with. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
