Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13815/AA4/2016 dated 07.02.2017 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to cancel the forged sale deed executed in document No.8204/2010 dated 29.09.2010, as per the circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai in Circular No.67 in C.No.52338/C1/2011 dated 03.11.2011.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.13815/AA4/2016, dated 07.02.2017 and also direct the first respondent to cancel the forged sale deed executed in document No.8204/2010, dated 29.09.2010, as per the circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, in Circular No.67 in C.No.52338/C1/2011, dated 03.11.2011. 2.Heard both sides.

(C.No.52338/C1/2011) has already been withdrawn and nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication.

4.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
