Pattukottai in confirming the order passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate,Pattukottai in C.C.No. 357 of 2017 dated 29.03.2022 and set aside the same by allowing the revision petition.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4674 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.15109 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.1213 of 2022 dated 21.03.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. 4.Considering the submissions made on either side and the petitioner already appeared before Court below only once in a month, this Court finds no merit to 2/4

entertain this petition.
