ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP No.1350 of 2026, dated 02.04.2026, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have complied with the condition from 29.04.2026 to till date.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.MP No.1350 of 2026, dated 02.04.2026, by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
